You can make thousands of different figures from the following five basic shapes.
Here are some examples.

Marzipan roses

  1. Shape the coloured marzipan into a roll and cut into pieces of equal size.

  1. Put the balls in a freezer bag and flatten into thin circles.

  1. Roll up a circle. Then roll another circle around it.
    Gently squeeze the rose at the bottom.

Halloween pumpkin

  1. Make a roll out of the orange-coloured marzipan.

  1. Cut into pieces and roll them into balls.

  1. Press grooves into the pumpkin using a toothpick.

  1. Use the brown or black marzipan to shape the pumpkin stalk.

  1. 5. Flatten some of the black marzipan in a freezer bag.
    Cut into small triangles with a knife. Make a thin marzipan roll for the mouth.

  1. Basic shapes for the hedgehog:
    Head: teardrop (uncoloured)
    Face and feet: uncoloured, brown, and red marzipan balls
    Body: flattened brown ball
    Spikes: thin brown teardrops
